Salmani Devi Hydropower Limited (SDHL) is a pioneering public limited company in Nepal, dedicated to harnessing the nation's abundant water resources to generate clean, sustainable energy. Established in 2009 as a private limited company and later transitioning to a public entity in 2023, SDHL has successfully developed and operates the Kapadigad Hydropower Station, a 3.33 MW run-of-river hydroelectric plant in Doti District. Since commencing commercial operations in 2019, the project has been delivering reliable electricity to Nepal's national grid, contributing to the country's energy independence.
